Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem przedmiotu, jest zapoznanie studenta z podstawowymi pojęciami z zakresu nauk prawnych, których znajomość jest niezbędna, celem dalszego kontynuowania studiów, a w szczególności nauki przedmiotów dogmatycznych. Student zostaje zapoznany zarówno z genezą tych pojęć, jak i aktualnym kształtem unormowań w tym zakresie, przy czym wykład obejmuje zarówno problemy o charakterze teoretycznym, jak i praktyczny ich aspekt. W ramach przedmiotu studenci są także zapoznawani z podstawowymi kwestiami dotyczącymi wykładni, oraz stosowania prawa. Osobny zakres zagadnień przedstawianych w trakcie wykładu stanowią podstawowe problemy współczesnej filozofii prawa (m.in. różne koncepcje prawa, zagadnienie wieloznaczności terminu «prawo», oraz kontrowersje związane z problemem obowiązywania przepisu). W efekcie kształcenia student ma uzyskać umiejętność rozumienia i posługiwania się podstawowymi pojęciami prawnymi, co umożliwi analizowanie i rozumienie zjawisk prawnych oraz umiejętność dostrzegania i rozwiązywania podstawowych problemów prawnych w dalszym toku studiów. Przedmiot jest dostosowany do potrzeb studenta kierunku administracja, co znajduje m.in. odzwierciedlenie w toku prowadzonych zajęć w postaci odwołania się do przykładów z zakresu dogmatyki prawa administracyjnego.
