Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem zajęć jest rozwijanie kluczowych umiejętności niezbędnych do sprawnego prowadzenia projektów we wszystkich jego etapach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem najlepszych praktyk zarządzania projektami, a także nabycie kompetencji w obszarze prowadzenia projektów rozliczanych z rezultatów: od określania problemu i celu projektu przez planowanie, budżetowanie, monitorowanie, kontrolowanie, ewaluowanie do zamknięcia projektu. W czasie zajęć omówiona będzie rola projektów we współczesnych organizacjach. Studenci/studentki nabędą praktyczną wiedzę, związaną z planowaniem i przeprowadzeniem własnego projektu, a także poznają narzędzia niezbędne do skutecznego zarządzania projektem.
