Purpose and description of the content of education:
The goal of the module is to familiarize students with both traditional and computerized library catalogs, and to acquire skills in formal book processing and serial publications using appropriate norms, regulations, and formats. Students will learn the principles of cataloging according to ISBD (International Standard Bibliographic Description), RDA (Resource Description and Access), and the cataloging rules of the National Library.
