Purpose and description of the content of education:
The course program aims to familiarize oneself with the structure of national bibliography, its common and different features in relation to international guidelines for the unification of works. In addition, the student learns selected bibliographies of fields providing information about the achievements of culture, science and social life. During the classes, the student improves competences in the selection of appropriate sources for the task he or she has formulated or assigned, in order to properly perform a bibliographic query through substantive and formal qualifications, and independently prepare a bibliography of sources useful for written or oral expression.

znając metody opisu bibliograficznego oraz zasady metodyki bibliograficznej student potrafi samodzielnie tworzyć narzędzia bibliograficzne, jak bibliografie osobowe, bibliografie zespołów osobowych, bibliografie zawartości czasopism, lokalne i zalecające. Umie skonstruować zestawienie bibliograficzne na dowolnie wybrany temat korzystając z różnych źródeł informacji bibliograficznej, w tym bibliograficznych baz danych.
