Moduł obejmuje zagadnienia odnoszące się do wiedzy i umiejętności związanych z prawidłowym użyciem głosu - dbaniem o głos, aby unikać przeciążenia, przygotowaniem się do pracy z głosem, wyraźnym mówieniem, czy swobodnym modulowaniem w kontakcie z odbiorcami.
