Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to support students' emotional development and to acquire interpersonal skills such as establishing relationships, active listening, decision-making or negotiation skills. The work on self-development, on the one hand, is intended to increase students' self-awareness of their own emotionality and, on the other hand, to help them develop appropriate communicative attitudes, crucial for the professions and activities for which interdisciplinary the environmental humanities will prepare them. The essence of the interpersonal workshop is also integration of students, which should prepare them for the subsequent modules, during which they will undertake group and project work, which requires developed soft skills.
