Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the seminar is to discuss the most important theoretical texts using the idea of the Anthropocene and related concepts (Capitalocene, Chtulucene, Carbocene). The reading list will include the works by Dipesch Chakrabarty, Dona Haraway and Jason W. Moore, among others. The participants of the course will gain not only knowledge of contemporary ideas, but also the ability to read complex academic texts, as well as to write different forms of academic texts which transgress the boundary between science and literature.
