Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the course is to make students attentive and sensitive to the presence and significance of plants in culture. In the course, students will 1) become acquainted with the most important issues addressed in contemporary plant studies; 2) gain an awareness of the culture-forming role of plants; 3) become familiar with examples of the cultural use of plants and plant representations in literature and/or art.
