Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ochrona własności intelektualnej wyposaża studenta w niezbędną wiedzę dotyczącą prawnych i etycznych aspektów ochrony własności intelektualnej oraz rozwija wrażliwość niezbędną do dostrzegania i rozumnego rozstrzygania problemów moralnych i prawnych, związanych, m.in. z pracą zawodową. Wszystkie, przedstawione efekty kształcenia odnoszące się do przedmiotu planuje się osiągnąć za pomocą wykładowej formy kształcenia oraz pracy własnej studenta obejmującej zapoznanie się z literaturą obowiązkową i uzupełniającą oraz zalecanymi aktami prawnymi.
