Purpose and description of the content of education:
Przedmiot przygotowuje studentów/studentki do realizacji zadań profilaktyczno-zdrowotnych realizowanych przez w instytucje wspomagające funkcjonowanie rodziny. Studenci/Studentki w oparciu o wiedzę medyczną i pedagogicznej oraz koncepcję promocji zdrowia, zapoznają się z praktycznymi rozwiązaniami profilaktyczno-zdrowotnymi. Tematyka zajęć uwrażliwia na potrzeby biopsychospołeczne i problemy zdrowotne członków rodziny oraz zwraca uwagę na uwarunkowania kondycji zdrowotnej rodziny od czynników socjoekonomicznych i kulturowych. Zajęcia mają inspirować przyszłych asystentów rodziny do twórczych działań w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów społeczno-zdrowotnych współczesnej rodziny. Ważne jest, aby przyszli pedagodzy mieli osobiste przeświadczenie o słuszności swego stanowiska i podejmowanych działań, a ich postawa zdrowotna na co dzień ilustrowała głoszone przez nich zasady i wartości.
