Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarise students with the fundamentals of modern public international law. The learning content of the module includes: evolution of public international law, structure and activities of international organisations, the role of public international law in international relations, the concept of sources of public international law, issues related to subjects of public international law and their legal responsibility, basic issues related to human rights and mechanisms for monitoring implementation and observance of human rights. |
