Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim is to present issues related to the state and the law as a specific area of interest in political science and diplomacy. During the course the following issues will be discussed: 1) the concepts of the state, 2) the forms of states, 3) the structures and functions of states, 4) the concepts of law and legal culture 5) the concept of a legal provision and a legal norm 6) the types of legal provisions and legal norms 7) the validity of law 8) the interpretation of law 9) the observance of law.
