Purpose and description of the content of education:
The purpose of the class is to describe and characterize the personality determinants and the role of interpersonal relationships in relation to, among other things, the issue of leadership in international organizations. Students will learn about various practices related to this issue, applied in international work environments - the creation of organizational structures, effective management of people, change management, development of organizational strategies, talent management in the team.
