Purpose and description of the content of education:
During lectures and exercises, students learn basic issues related to health, health education, health promotion, and prevention of diseases and bio-psycho-social disorders. The classes aim to draw attention to the importance of the family environment in modeling health behaviors of children and adolescents, body care, and psychosocial health. Selected social and civilization diseases are analyzed. The classes cover issues related to physical activity, safety in everyday life, mental health, and nutrition.
