Purpose and description of the content of education: | The course aims to teach the principles of crisis communication and the work of a press spokesman in public institutions, emphasizing public administration and uniformed services. During the course, students learn the theoretical and practical aspects of the spokesman's work, building the institution's image, and how to properly build the relationship between the spokesman and the journalist. Course participants learn how to prepare media statements, organize press conferences, create model responses to communication crises, as well as develop ways to prevent such crises. This learning takes place through analyzing examples of speeches and media materials, as well as practical exercises in which the lecturer draws attention to mistakes made when reacting to communication crises. |
