Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the concept of religious extremism/fundamentalism, as well as its conditions, causes, forms, types and effects on a national, regional and global scale. The material covered in the module will primarily focus on the broadest and most dangerous phenomenon in the 20th and 21st centuries, which is Islamic fundamentalism/extremism. However, the module will also present other religious fundamentalisms/extremisms, i.e. Jewish, Christian and Hindu.
