Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module aims to familiarize students with the fundamentals of public administration in a democratic state. The learning content of the module includes:
- theoretical concepts of public administration;
- structure of public administration institutions in the Republic of Poland;
- the role of public administration in the adoption and implementation of public policies;
- the concept of administrative authority and the problem of satisfying collective needs by providing access to public services;
- issues related to employment in public administration and management of human capital in administration;
- control, audit and supervision mechanisms;
- the role of the citizen in administration, civic participation and the right to good administration. |
