Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the course is to present the tourist markets of Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, Australia and Oceania, Antarctica and the Arctic broken down into the main tourist regions; presentation of the most interesting and most frequently visited places by tourists - discussion of individual values against the background of tourist attractions of a given continent; presentation of the diversity of regions for selected forms of tourism; characteristics of natural and cultural specifics of regions; familiarising students with the level of tourist development of regions and possibilities and directions of their development. Familiarisation with the phenomena and processes relating to world tourism markets. |
