Purpose and description of the content of education: | The module is designed to enable you to acquire knowledge on the principles and techniques applied in tourism service from the point of view of a tour guide and tourist group pilot, as well as the skills of implementing tourist events of various types and serving tourists at various stages of a tourist journey. The student will practice developing habits of cultural customer service based on the principles of professional ethics. The student will learn to take care of the quality of tourist service. He/she will learn how to communicate with the group and about the necessity of updating natural and humanistic knowledge. |
