Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zapoznanie słuchaczy z podstawowymi zasadami funkcjonowania polskiego systemu politycznego oraz jego poszczególnych instytucji w świetle obowiązujących regulacji konstytucyjnych i ustawowych. Po zrealizowaniu modułu słuchacz powinien posiadać umiejętność wykazania, że rzeczywista rola instytucji ustrojowych zależy nie tylko od ich konstytucyjnych regulacji, ale także od czynników pozakonstytucyjnych (behawioralnych). W trakcie realizacji modułu będzie zwracana uwaga na ewolucję polskiego systemu politycznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem okresu po 1989 roku.
