Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to deepen knowledge about the issues raised in the diploma thesis, including the functioning of social welfare organizational units, institutions and organizations dealing with support. The diploma internship accompanies the modules of the diploma seminar in parallel and is carried out for three semesters, starting from the fourth semester. In the fourth semester, the goal of the diploma internship is to establish cooperation with potential support recipients and to identify needs initially. Students also collect materials, including data, literature and legal acts related to the selected issues. In the fifth semester, research is carried out for an in-depth diagnosis of a given individual, family, group or environment, providing insight into needs and resources. In the sixth semester, the social project is implemented and evaluated. The module also aims to develop the ability to follow ethical principles and standards, improve the organization of one's work and effective time management, conscientiousness, and responsibility for entrusted tasks.
