Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module aims to familiarize with the essential tool for preventing burnout. It provides knowledge about the specifics of an adequately conducted supervision process and the functions, types and principles of supervision. This creates conditions for future social workers to learn and develop skills characteristic of a professional workshop in social support.
