Purpose and description of the content of education: | The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the regulations concerning family and guardianship law in Poland and the general rules of court proceedings in this field. As part of the module, students learn particularly those solutions in the field of substantive and procedural law that are of the greatest importance in the professional work of a social worker. They have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge solving legal cases and preparing pleadings in family and guardianship cases. |
