Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with a strategic approach to the implementation of personnel functions in organizations. It is about the ability to take a holistic view of the processes taking place inside and outside the organization and shaping the competencies of employees necessary for the effective implementation of the business strategy. The student should understand what strategy is, know the types of business strategy and understand the relationship between how the expectations, aspirations, or capabilities of employees affect the achievement of organizational goals and what human management practices to implement to generate the desired results.
