Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to provide the student with knowledge of organization management, detailing issues such as: organization, types and structures; directions of evolution of organization management; organization in the environment; organization resources, technologies and processes; management - goals and functions, methods; the essence of managerial work; motivating; information and communication in management; management as an information and decision-making process; ethical and cultural management context; management in conditions of change, multiculturalism and globalized economy. During the course, the student acquires the skills of diagnosing and applying basic models as well as methods, techniques and tools in management practice. The student develops competences for organized and responsible work, shapes entrepreneurial attitudes and awareness of continuous improvement of knowledge and skills.
