Purpose and description of the content of education:
The subject acquaints with the methodology of work in the field of job evaluation in order to create fair remuneration systems and effective management of labor costs; presents the basic issues of remuneration systems and their control in an organization and develops basic skills in designing and assessing remuneration systems in an organization.
