Purpose and description of the content of education:
Ukształtowanie wiedzy na temat profesji nauczyciela – surdopedagoga w teoretycznym i praktycznym kontekście. Ukształtowanie przekonań o znaczeniu zawodu w budowaniu społeczeństwa obywatelskiego. Zrozumienie problemów współczesnej pedeutologii ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem takich zagadnień jak: rola nauczyciela we współczesnym świecie, kompetencje nauczyciela, uwarunkowania pracy nauczycielskiej. Umiejętność dokonywania analizy uwarunkowań pracy nauczyciela i wskazywania sposobów radzenia sobie z wyzwaniami zawodu nauczyciela. Umiejętność autorefleksji w kontekście odniesienia kluczowych kompetencji nauczyciela i stylów nauczania do własnych cech osobowości. Wszystkie efekty uczenia student osiągnie w bezpośrednim kontakcie z wykładowcą oraz podczas pracy własnej
