Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł "Ochrona praw dziecka i praw osób z niepełnosprawnościami" obejmuje treści zawierające wiedzę, umiejętności i kompetencje społeczne, które są niezbędne pedagogowi do realizacji zadań z zakresu prawnych podstaw opieki, wychowania, kształcenia dzieci oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Celem modułu jest uzyskanie takiego poziomu wiedzy merytorycznej z zakresu prawa cywilnego, rodzinnego, opiekuńczego, a także prawa dotyczącego rehabilitacji osób z niepełnosprawnościami, aby prowadzić skuteczną opiekę, wychowanie, edukację i rehabilitację uwzględniającą potrzeby dzieci oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz przeciwdziałąjące ich dyskryminacji. Wszystkie efekty uczenia się zakładane w module planuje się osiągnąć w trakcie zajęć w kontakcie bezpośrednim z nauczycielami akademickimi, a także podczas pracy własnej studenta, obejmującej przygotowanie do form weryfikacji efektów uczenia się, wymagań określonych w module.
