Purpose and description of the content of education:
The main objective of the module is to show the student the importance of pedagogical therapy in special education and to develop the ability to use its various forms in practice in working with people with disabilities. All learning outcomes assumed in the module are planned achieved during the course, as well as the student's own work.

In terms of knowledge the student knows and understands the specificity of care and education, rehabilitation, resocialization and sociotherapy work: principles, methods and forms of care and education; principles of operation of rehabilitation, resocialization and sociotherapy facilities, including problems related to their functioning; issues related to education and career guidance, health care, health and sex education [PS_C3_TPS _1]

In terms of abilities, the student can analyze behaviors, processes, and phenomena related to the psychosocial needs of family members of children with special educational needs. Able to work in a team, fulfilling various roles; knows how to undertake and assign tasks; has elementary organizational skills allowing for the implementation of therapeutic tasks. Can cooperate with other teachers, therapists, pedagogies, and families of people with special educational and social needs.
