Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarise you with the main problems of research into the phenomenon of design and its relationship to aesthetics and urban space. The student becomes familiar in detail with issues of the cultural function of design in such aspects that relate to the city, for example: graphic design, typography, industrial design, architecture, fashion, ecology or environmental protection. They practise and hone their skills in researching design culture and the various aspects of design in urban space and in formulating their own statement on the aesthetic dimension of design using the specialist knowledge associated with it.
