Purpose and description of the content of education: | The subject conveys specialized knowledge of the classification of methods of animal tissue analysis. The purpose of the course is to familiarize the student with the construction and principles of operation of the equipment used in the histology laboratory and to familiarize the student with the differences in the preparation of animal tissues for analysis in different types of microscopes (light microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopy). |
