Purpose and description of the content of education: | The subject provides specialist knowledge on the classification of plant tissue analysis methods, introduces basic terms and definitions related to the techniques of histological analysis. The student acquires knowledge about the theoretical foundations of histology and histochemistry of plant tissues and acquires practical skills in: making permanent and unstable preparations, fixation, dehydratation, embedding in resins or wax and staining. |
