Purpose and description of the content of education:
Zadaniem modułu "Prawo autorskie" jest nabycie przez studentów wiedzy i kompetencji w zakresie rozumienia roli instytucji prawa autorskiego w realizacji filmu. Student zdobywa niezbędną wiedzę w zakresie źródeł polskiego, unijnego i międzynarodowego prawa autorskiego (zwłaszcza regulacji dotyczących utworu audiowizualnego), zna podstawowe instytucje prawa autorskiego i umie dokonać ich interpretacji. Student zyskuje świadomość zakresu uprawnień osobistych i majątkowych twórcy filmowego. Zagadnienia omawiane na zajęciach obejmują przede wszystkim kwestie związane z utworem audiowizualnym, a zwłaszcza: 1. Pojęcie utworu audiowizualnego 2. Twórców utworu audiowizualnego 3. Zakres praw osobistych twórców filmowych 4. Zakres praw majątkowych producenta 5. Zakres praw majątkowych twórców filmowych
