Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic concepts of social and interpersonal communication. Basic problems related to communication processes will be presented, including the influence of group processes, processes of perception, participation in culture on the course of these processes. The basic rules for the occurrence of conflicts and their resolution will be discussed. Knowledge of communication barriers and ways to overcome them will be presented. Ethical aspects related to the communication process will be discussed.
