Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu zaprezentowanie zastosowań wiedzy psychologicznej w skutecznym zarządzaniu zespołami oraz rozwijanie umiejętności jej stosowania z uwzględnieniem różnych modeli organizacji. Studiujący uczą się jak współtworzyć pozytywne relacje w zespołach, motywować i wspierać, zarządzać konfliktami oraz indywidualnym i zespołowym potencjałem pracowników.
