Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu zapoznanie osoby studiującej z istotą sytuacji kryzysowej. Osoba studiująca dowiaduje się o psychologicznych i socjologicznych aspektach komunikacji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sytuacji kryzysowych, poznaje sposoby, techniki, strategie komunikowania się w sytuacjach trudnych oraz otrzymuje przegląd technik zażegnywania konfliktu.
