Purpose and description of the content of education:
Przedmiot wprowadza w podstawowe zagadnienia psychologii społecznej. Prezentuje klasyczne i współczesne perspektywy analizy społecznych zachowań człowieka. Dyskutowane są także podstawowe metody badań w psychologii społecznej oraz ich ograniczenia. Absolwent po ukończeniu kursu psychologii społecznej powinien znać teorie wyjaśniające mechanizmy funkcjonowania człowieka w otoczeniu społecznym. Psycholog powinien również przewidywać i wyjaśniać społeczne zachowania ludzi oraz wykorzystywać wiedzę z zakresu psychologii społecznej do kształtowania społecznego środowiska człowieka.
