Purpose and description of the content of education:
Regional field exercises are held in northern Poland. Classes last 6 days. During this time, students will get acquainted with the key problems and issues related to the regional geography of northern Poland, and above all Western Pomerania and the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The presented knowledge concerns the history and geology of the region. It includes such sub-disciplines of geography as: geomorphology, climatology, hydrography, soil geography and biogeography, settlement geography, political geography and economic geography. Exercises are carried out during coach trips and hiking trips. Students are required to note down basic information, deepen their knowledge on their own, as well as make field observations.
