Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł Dzieje Rosji do 1917 roku ma na celu zapoznanie osób studiujących z najważniejszymi wydarzeniami z historii państwa rosyjskiego, począwszy od Rusi Kijowskiej, poprzez kształtowanie się wokół Moskwy państwowości rosyjskiej, aż po rozpad Imperium Rosyjskiego w roku 1917 (efekt I wojny światowej i przewrotu bolszewickiego). W ramach zajęć omawiane są przełomowe wydarzenia i procesy historyczne – ich znaczenie społeczno-polityczne i gospodarcze. Analizie poddane zostają decyzje podejmowane przez rosyjskich władców. Ponadto na zajęciach rozpatruje się rozwój terytorialny państwa rosyjskiego, które w I połowie XIX stulecia zajmowało tereny położone na trzech kontynentach.
