Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest wstępne omówienie i teoretyczne przygotowanie warsztatu pracy pilota wycieczek. Na ćwiczeniach omawiana jest specyfika pracy przy obsłudze grup turystycznych (prawa i obowiązki pilota wycieczek, niezbędne kompetencje, rynek pracy w turystyce). Osoby studiujące poznają zadania pilota wycieczek, omawiają modele zachowania w sytuacjach stresujących i dylematy związane z wykonywaniem tego zawodu. Podstawą pracy na zajęciach są: Ustawa o usługach turystycznych i inne przepisy prawa, oferty pracy w turystyce oraz literatura przedmiotu.
