Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma umożliwić uzyskanie wszechstronnej wiedzy na temat specyfiki przekładu artystycznego, przyswojenie najważniejszych pojęć i terminów związanych z tą dziedziną oraz znajomości wybranych kierunków badań w obrębie Translation studies. Wiadomości te powinny wpłynąć na kształtowanie umiejętności wnikliwej analizy i interpretacji dzieł przełożonych. Z kolei podejmowane przez osobę studiującą samodzielne próby tłumaczenia, porównywane następnie z przekładami dokonanymi przez uznanych tłumaczy, winny wskazać na problemy i wyzwania, z którymi musi mierzyć się tłumacz na etapie tłumaczenia i przygotowywania tekstu do druku
