Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł Historia dramatu z elementami teatrologii daje możliwość zapoznania się twórczością dramaturgiczną Europy i świata poprzez lekturę wybranych arcydzieł dramatopisarstwa powstałych w okresie od starożytności po współczesność. Zagadnienia realizowane w ramach modułu obejmują samodzielną lekturę oraz analizę i interpretację utworów niemieckich, polskich, rosyjskich, angielskich, amerykańskich i in. dramaturgów. Celem dyskusji prowadzonej na zajęciach jest ponadto próba umiejscowienia omawianych utworów literackich na mapie teatralnych praktyk i poetyk, stworzonych przez zasłużonych dla kultury światowej ludzi teatru. Oprócz lektury tekstów dramatów zajęcia z modułu przewidują projekcję wybranych przedstawień teatralnych, które w powiązaniu ze znajomością odpowiednich fragmentów z zadanej literatury krytycznej pozwolą dostrzec kontekst historyczny i inscenizacyjny teatru danej epoki
