Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest zapoznanie osób studiujących ze wszystkimi elementami składowymi procesu tłumaczenia artystycznego. Nacisk zostanie położony na analizę pretranslatorską tekstu, która determinuje wybór odpowiedniej strategii i związanych z nią technik tłumaczeniowych. W trakcie zajęć osoby studiujące będą gromadzić instrumentarium tłumacza literackiego, wykonywać próbki przekładu wybranych fragmentów współczesnych tekstów literackich dotychczas nietłumaczonych oraz, w przypadku tekstów już tłumaczonych, weryfikować swoje przekłady w konfrontacji z nimi.
