Purpose and description of the content of education:
Celem modułu jest zapoznanie osób studiujących z podstawowymi zasadami etykiety biznesowej obowiązującymi w Polsce i w krajach rosyjskiego obszaru językowego, a także z regułami komunikacji i zachowań w dyplomacji (m.in. formy powitania, przedstawiania się, dress code). Kształtowana jest umiejętność modyfikacji swojego zachowania w zależności od sytuacji kulturowej, stopnia oficjalności i celu komunikacji.
