Purpose and description of the content of education:
Moduł ma na celu wypracowywanie praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie tłumaczenia polsko-angielskiego tekstów akademickich. Osoba studiująca poznaje specyfikę tekstów akademickich, zdobywa wiedzę o ich budowie i typologii oraz umiejętności w zakresie budowania cech i konwencji tekstów akademickich. Osoba studiująca nabywa kompetencje translatorskie zarówno w zakresie tworzenia tekstów, jak i opracowywania ich płaszczyzny językowej, w tym typowych struktur leksykalnych i gramatycznych charakterystycznych dla stylu tekstów akademickich.
