Purpose and description of the content of education:
The goal of the course is to practically develop cultural synergy based on diversity. As an integral part of the module, students learn the principles of effective operation in a culturally diverse environment through creative thinking, discovering stereotypes and their sources, pointing out similarities and differences between cultures, and the benefits and dangers of cross-cultural contacts. Students gain knowledge of the role of cultural factors in the management of information processes, including in economic terms. They learn about the assumptions of international programs for students like ERASMUS as part of the education of students in the process of preparing them to take action in the global labour market in intercultural teams.

The student knows the socio-cultural consequences of the globalization changes of the 21st century. He is aware of the necessity of forming intercultural competence as an element of cultural intelligence.
