Purpose and description of the content of education:
The module provides students with knowledge of webwriting and copywriting. The primary goal is to introduce the principles and techniques of creating effective web content and to acquire practical writing skills. The subject scope includes formal and stylistic aspects of web content presentation, a block of issues concerning the language culture, a strategic approach to content publishing, the persuasiveness of expression (the ability to attract and maintain the attention of the audiences), as well as an overview of tools useful for a webwriter.

The student identifies and defines major phenomena related to the language of the Internet, knows the principles of effective communication on the Internet, and understands the purposes and functions of various forms and channels of Internet communication. [WW04_1]
