Purpose and description of the content of education:
Students get acquainted with the legal acts of copyright, media, information, property protection and copyright. In addition, he learns about the issues of fair use of protected works, the type of copyright contracts, also objects of industrial protection: trademarks, utility and industrial models, geographical indications, patenting rules inventions. The issues will be discussed on the basis of the applicable acts on copyright and related rights, as well as the provisions of civil law, criminal and press.
