Purpose and description of the content of education:
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the rules of professional etiquette and savoir-vivre in business and private-social contacts. As part of the module, students learn about issues related to communication (in particular, the rules of greetings and farewells, the rules of effective presentation, the rules of non-verbal communication as well as telephone etiquette and netiquette). Students will also learn about selected ceremonies, rules for organizing foreign visits, and table etiquette. Students will also learn the rules of etiquette appropriate for representatives of other cultures. Classes are carried out in the form of a laboratory, aiming to acquire practical skills by students.
