Purpose and description of the content of education:
The main goal is to familiarize the student with the basic categories describing organization and management and to correlate theoretical and practical knowledge (case study in class). Participants should be able to demonstrate how modern organizations function, locally and globally. Students should also be able to plan activities in organizations and, at the same time, carry out the control process. The module will discuss decision-making, motivation, leadership, organizational culture and staff recruitment processes. After the classes, each participant should, based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, competently analyze the world of organizations and management processes and be a fully conscious observer and, simultaneously, an analyst of socio-political life. In addition, it should also identify critical problems in the functioning of modern organizations and find links with the sphere of politics. An essential effect of the course is also to prepare students to solve problematic situations in management independently.
